- Dr. Shao-Chee Sim is the Chief Strategy Officer at CBWCHC. He previously worked at TCC Group and the Wallace Foundation.
- D. Sim received his B.A. from the SUNY at Old Westbury, his M.P.A from Harvard University and his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
- Dr. Sim is a member of the American Evaluation Association, the American Public Health Association and the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management.
