Betty Cheng, LCSW, MSW Betty Cheng is the Associate Executive Director at CBWCHC. She previously worked at Saint Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center. Ms. Cheng received her B.A. from CUNY Hunter College and her M.S.W. and Post Graduate Certificate in Social Work Administration from Hunter College. Ms. Cheng is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
