| The health center relocated to 89 Baxter Street and received recognition as a federally qualified community health center as well as section 330 funding from the Public Health Service under the Urban Health Initiative Program. The 330 grant enabled the health center to offer a sliding fee scale based on income to uninsured patients who qualify for the program. |
