The health center established the Health Disparities Training Program to train medical and graduate students to conduct research on Asian American health. The project is part of the Center for the Study of Asian American Health, sponsored by the New York University School of Medicine.
The health center completed renovation of 268 Canal Street, a six story building. The modern facility offers internal medicine, women's health, and patient support services. The health center's central administration is located at this site.
