| The health center celebrated its 40th anniversary with the publication of From Street Fair to Medical Home, a book that chronicles the health center's history. The book, written by Dorothy and Thomas Hoobler, includes dozens of health center photos and was based on over a hundred interviews with former and current health center staff and board members. The production of the book was made possible by a grant from the Chinatown Health Clinic Foundation.
