Our social workers will help you communicate with your doctors and external medical or social service providers to make sure you receive the proper care or service.

Our individual and family supportive counseling enhances your ability to cope with your problems (e.g. stress from current medical condition, relationship problems).

If you are uninsured or underinsured, we can provide necessary assistance to help you obtain government medical insurance if you are eligible.
Assistance with applying for other government benefits is also available for our patients as needed.

Our social workers will advocate on your behalf to ensure proper treatment and services are delivered and received if appropriate.

Referral service is available for our patients who have financial, homecare, housing, developmental, educational, emotional, and other social service needs.

Social work crisis intervention is available for patients who are confronted with crisis-inducing events such as domestic violence but cannot resolve the issue on their own.
