An important aspect of the You Are What You Eat campaign is to help create environments that support healthy living for seniors. You Are What You Eat workshops are conducted at four senior-serving centers every three weeks for a six workshop series on healthy eating and physical activity. Physical activity classes, such as Tai Chi and Dancing, are also offered each week at senior centers to complement the workshop lessons.
