Betty Lau, M.D.
Dr. Lau is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry. She has more than 10 years’ experience.
Dr. Lau provides diagnostic and treatment assessment for a wide range of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment and psychotic disorders. She provides individual therapy for patients of all ages. Dr. Lau works collaboratively with the medical and psychiatric teams to enhance care for her patients.
Dr. Lau strives to help parents understand defiant behavior in the context of often undiagnosed autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or learning disabilities. Her process is based on a holistic approach informed by her clinical experience.
While not working, Dr. Lau enjoys painting and spending time with her family.
