Pharmacy

We can provide prescription drugs at a discount if you qualify. If you have a serious medical condition and are not able to pay for your medication, we may be able to help you apply for discounts from pharmacy assistance programs offered by some drug manufacturers. The eligibility rules vary depending on the type of drug that you may need. If you are concerned about the cost of your medication, please speak to your doctor, nurse or a member of your care team.

The Health Center’s 340B Prescription Discount Program is for everyone. It provides great savings for people without health insurance, and everyone who participates helps the Health Center keep its prices low. You can participate in the 340B Prescription Discount Program by choosing Metropharm (Manhattan), Manhattan Chinatown Pharmacy (Manhattan), Starside Drugs on Kissena Boulevard (Flushing), Starside Drugs on 39th Avenue (Flushing), Primacare Plus Pharmacy (Flushing), or Horizon Pharmacy V (Flushing) as your preferred pharmacy. There is no cost to join, and patients reserve the right to choose their own pharmacy. Ask your health care team to learn more.

We use E-Prescriptions, which means getting your prescription filled is fast and easy. We send your prescriptions directly to your pharmacy electronically. All we need is the name and address of your pharmacy.
