Xiaoyang (Sharon) Mei, D.N.P., R.N., M.S.
Dr. Mei is a board-certified doctor of nurse practice specializing in psychiatry. She has more than 15 years’ clinical experience.
Dr. Mei provides diagnostic and treatment assessment for a wide range of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment and psychotic disorders. She also provides individual therapy for patients of all ages. Dr. Mei works collaboratively with the medical and psychiatric teams to enhance care for her patients.
Dr. Mei delivers patient-centered, holistic care. Her goal is to improve and maximize patients’ quality of life so each can reach their optimal health. Dr. Mei has more than 10 years’ experience as a researcher and scholar with numerous publications on a range of topics.
When not working, Dr. Mei enjoys swimming, cooking, volunteering at church, and spending time with family.
