Yu Jing Dai, L.M.S.W.

Ms. Dai is a licensed master social worker.

She diagnoses and treats a wide variety of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment and psychotic disorders. She provides individual therapy for patients of all ages. Ms. Dai works collaboratively with the medical and psychiatric teams to enhance care for her patients.

Ms. Dai takes a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to mental health, with a focus on empowering her patients with sensitivity to their culture and background. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, she aims to support each patient’s unique journey toward mental wellness.

Outside of work, Ms. Dai enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading.
