How to Get Started with Mental Health Support at CBWCHC
To access our mental and behavioral health services, you must be an established CBWCHC primary care patient. Referrals are made through your primary care provider. Appointments may be available in-person or via telehealth visits. Your health is more than just physical, and your mental well-being is just as important to us.
