Helena Chang, LMSW

Ms. Chang is a licensed master social worker specializing in outpatient community mental health services and Asian-American mental health services.
She provides diagnostic and treatment assessment for a wide range of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment and psychotic disorders. Ms. Chang also provides individual therapy for patients of all ages. She works collaboratively with the medical and psychiatric teams to enhance care for his patients.
Ms. Chang’s therapeutic approach is holistic and primarily psychodynamic, grounded in trauma-informed care. She also integrates dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to provide patients with practical tools that support healing and growth.
In her spare time, Ms. Chang enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and taking long walks while listening to music.
