Important Coverage Changes Starting July 1, 2026

How do you know if this applies to you? Check your notice from NY State of Health, review your account at nystateofhealth.ny.gov, know your household income (Examples: If you have a family size of 4 people with a household income between $66,300 – $82,500/year or if you are in a single person household with an income of $31,920–$39,990), or contact your health plan.

If you or your family is in Essential Plan 200-250, you will lose coverage and should take action now to avoid a gap in health care coverage.

One thing you can do today is use your benefits before your coverage ends on 6/30/26. Schedule a health visit today if you are due for care before your coverage ends: www.cbwchc.org/schedule-online
