Timothy Wong, MD

Dr. Wong is an internal medicine physician specializing in gastroenterology at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.

He provides specialized care for adults, from diagnosing to treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions. He specializes in the treatment of reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease, screening and treatment of gastric and colon cancer, liver disease, and hepatitis. Dr. Wong also coordinates care with other specialists and focuses on empowering patients through education to manage their health effectively.

Dr. Wong is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive gastrointestinal care. He strives to listen to each patient’s concerns, thoroughly evaluate their condition, and develop personalized treatment plans. By fostering open communication and patient education, he empowers patients to take an active role in achieving and maintaining their digestive health.

Outside of work, Dr. Wong also often provides health information on topics related to digestive and liver health via community educational lectures.
