QARI Diabetes Prevention Program 2025-2026
Thursdays (from November 6, 2025 - September 10, 2026)
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Led by Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. (QARI), the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is designed to support adult patients and community members who are concerned about their risk for type 2 diabetes.
What to expect:
- Meet weekly with trained QARI coaches to learn practical skills to improve your health.
- Receive free fresh vegetables monthly.
Program is available in Cantonese or Mandarin (based on participant language needs). To qualify interested candidates should be prediabetic (with A1c below 6.5) rather than already diagnosed with diabetes.
