Holly Lee, FNP
Chief Nursing Officer
Holly Lee is the Chief Nursing Officer at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. She is also a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in primary care. Before her role as a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for 10 years in various clinical settings, including acute care, ambulatory care, and community home care. She has held the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) from 1998 to 2023.
Prior to becoming the Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Lee spent 15 years serving as the Clinical Director at CBWCHC, overseeing a range of nursing and clinical services. Her responsibilities include managing daily ambulatory and administrative operations, as well as program areas such as the COVID-19 vaccination program, chronic disease care coordination, Patient-Centered Medical Home initiatives, and the New York State Cancer Service Program. She earned the 2022 United Hospital Fund Excellence in Health Care Award for her "extraordinary personal leadership to improve quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience.” With experience on both the clinical and administrative side of the healthcare sector, Holly uses her combined knowledge to ensure that the Health Center continues to provide high quality and affordable health care to all.
