Steven Ellis is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. He is committed to the principle that high-quality health care is a fundamental right. With more than 15 years of experience in community healthcare leadership, he has advanced this commitment through strategic planning, capital development, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His work has focused on developing facilities and systems that expand access to quality care for underserved populations.
Steven holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State College. His educational background combines strategic healthcare leadership with expertise in infrastructure development, strengthening his ability to lead both organizational initiatives and facility growth.
