Anh (Bruce) Nguyen, DMD

Dr. Nguyen is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.

He offers surgical consultations, routine and complex tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, management of oral infections, evaluation and treatment of oral and jaw pathology, and soft and hard-tissue biopsies. He also collaborates with and accepts referrals from physicians, general dentists, and other dental specialists.

Dr. Nguyen’s approach to oral surgery is patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate. He strives for clear communication and individualized care while maintaining standards of safety and surgical excellence. His commitment to his practice also motivates him to explore ways to make surgical care safer and more efficient for both surgeons and patients.

Throughout his training in Brooklyn, Dr. Nguyen provided care to patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including many from medically and dentally underserved communities. He also volunteers with Nuoy International as a surgeon, assisting other surgeons in Vietnam in providing advanced craniofacial surgical care to underserved communities.

In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, piano, and guitar, as well as singing and attending concerts.
