William Ryosuke Spivey, DO

Dr. Spivey is a primary care physician specializing in family medicine at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.
He provides comprehensive care for adults, from diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions to offering preventive services such as annual exams and immunizations. Dr. Spivey also coordinates care with specialists and focuses on empowering patients through education to manage their health effectively.
Dr. Spivey has a comprehensive approach to patient care and carefully considers all aspects of a patient’s health in the interest of properly diagnosing and treating them. He encourages open communication with his patients, which allows him to guide them through their treatment as active participants in their own well-being.
Throughout medical school and residency, Dr. Spivey volunteered his time by providing care at Cherry Hill Free Clinic in South Jersey, performing well-child and sports physicals for children of low-income families, offering health education to the community in New Mexico, and building homes with Habitat for Humanity.
Dr. Spivey is an avid baseball fan with a lifelong goal of visiting every baseball stadium in America. In his spare time, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new cuisines and creating new recipes, and biking.
