Julie Yoshimachi, DNP, is a family nurse practitioner in Internal Medicine at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. She has a BA in Liberal Arts from Soka University of America as well as a MSN and DNP from Columbia University. She also serves as the Director of the Hepatitis B Program in which she oversees one of the largest and most recognized Hepatitis B programs in the nation. Through her role, and driven by her passion for public health, she is involved locally and nationally in advocacy and policy making in hepatitis management.

Julie grew up in the California bay area and after completing her BA, moved to Washington DC. Prior to her nursing degree, she worked as a Research Coordinator at the Columbia University Medical Center.
