Joy Nieh, MA

Joy Nieh is a Health Educator at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. She has experience teaching in various settings including abroad, which provided her opportunities to teach students of diverse backgrounds and ages. Bilingual in English and Chinese, Joy has taught in settings that allowed her to reach students in both languages. Aside from teaching, she also spent time at Adelphi University supporting college students with autism as a learning strategist.

With a Master of Arts in Childhood Education, Joy is committed to empowering the youth through health education as part of the Teen Resource Center staff. She believes health education is essential to not only a healthy but purposeful and fulfilled life.
