Charles B. Wang Community Health Center Launches New Electronic Health Records System with Epic

The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC) is excited to announce the launch of a new, state-of-the-art electronic health records (EHR) system with OCHIN Epic. With this new EHR system, the Health Center has access to various tools that optimize workflow and connect community health organizations within the OCHIN network, making patient care more efficient and streamlined. Patients will also see upgrades with access to a new patient portal called MyChart.

With MyChart, patients can:

• Access secured medical records and test results
• Communicate with their care team
• Manage appointments and prescription refills
• Conduct virtual visits with Zoom integration
• Make bill payments and more

Available in both web browser and as a mobile app, patients will now be able to access their health information as well as the Health Center with more ease. MyChart is also currently available in English, Chinese, and Spanish.
