The CBWCHC Staff Spotlight program is an employee recognition program that highlights specific examples of staff who exemplify the Health Center's values. We share stories of staff's experience with their everyday heroes through staff-to-staff nominations that take place throughout the year.

"I am nominating this senior nurse for Staff Spotlight because of the consistent leadership, clinical excellence, and compassion they demonstrate every day. Over the past year, Anna has gone beyond her role by mentoring new nurses during staffing shortages, stepping in to stabilize high-acuity patients during peak clinic hours, and helping improve team communication across disciplines.

"Anna consistently demonstrates dedication to the nursing profession and leads quality of care initiatives in chronic diseases, which makes a remarkable difference for our patients and care team. Anna goes far above the standard duties of a registered nurse. She handles various patient care demands with calm professionalism. Her ability to multi-task among competing priorities stabilizes the day-to-day operation. Beyond individual patient care, Anna is a true team player. She often goes the extra mile by mentoring new hires, volunteering for coverages, and coordinating care for patients and caregivers. When the department was short-staffed, she kept morale high and acted as a resource for all."

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

"If you work here, you already know who one of the real MVPs is—our custodian, Jimmy Lee. He covers multiple sites, is always working, and somehow never complains. The rooms are clean, the garbage is always emptied, the carpets are vacuumed, the air conditioner gets cleaned, the bathrooms smell good, and on rainy days he makes sure the floors are dry and safe.
However, what makes him stand out the most is his attitude. He greets patients, listens to staff requests, responds quickly, and takes real pride in doing his job well. He may work quietly behind the scenes, but his effort makes a huge difference in our day-to-day work. We feel supported, appreciated, and proud to work with someone who cares this much.
We all respect him and truly hope his hard work is seen and recognized because he absolutely deserves it."
